THE FOUR AGREEMENTS
Nowadays, we are stressful for many reasons: traffic, insecurity, economic problems, etc . When we are going to looking for help to relief our stress, we find a lot information about stress and how fight against it.

Recently, I read an interesting book called “The Four Agreements”. His author is Dr. Miguel Ruiz, who is a doctor from Mexico and he wrote this book after he was near to death.
In this book, he wrote about how we will improve our life if we establish four agreements. The first agreement: “Be impeccable with your words”. This agreement consists in that we mustn’t judge anybody and we mustn’t say gossips. This agreement can be very difficult to carry out because we usually talk about other people and we enjoy gossipping.
The second agreement: “Don’t take anything by yourself”. This agreement treats about how the most of people think that all events are related or connect. When we learn to don’t take the situations for ourselves we stop to suffer and we will be improve our quality of life.
The third agreement is relate with the second: “Don’t do suppositions”. This chapter talk about how we always assume that the other people will tell or will do something in each situation and when the people didn’t tell or didn’t do anything, we feel very disappointing. If we learn to don’t assume anything about other people will do probably we will improve our relationships.
The last agreement is a summary the other three agreement: “Do always the best”. In this chapter the writer talks about when we do the best in each situation of our life we will feel good and we will be happy.
